We are looking for an organized, proactive Administrative / Virtual Assistant to support our daily business operations and management team. In this role, you will handle administrative, organizational, and operational tasks to keep our business running smoothly, improve internal efficiency, and support team leaders. Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage email correspondence, organize digital file systems, schedule meetings, and maintain team calendars. Operational Coordination: Assist with staff scheduling inputs, inventory tracking, supplier communications, and daily logbook/record maintenance. Data & Document Management: Prepare reports, update spreadsheet trackers, input invoices, and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation. Vendor & Team Communication: Serve as a point of contact for external vendor inquiries, service providers, and team communication updates. Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide general operational assistance on special projects, research tasks, and process improvements as needed. Skills & Qualifications Experience: Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in an operational support role. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office 365. Experience with team management software, scheduling tools, or POS reporting systems. Strong familiarity with digital communication and organization tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana, Trello). Core Competencies: Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize daily tasks efficiently. Benefits Competitive compensation.
