.NET Full Stack Developer (React, IVRContact Center).

Our client an IT Services and Consulting company is looking for a .NET Full Stack Developer (React IVR/Contact Center) for their Allentown PA/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

Develop MVP User Stories (Re-usable components/ APIs / UI / Mock stubs etc.)
Support backlog creation prioritization and Story mapping
Support in technical design and solutioning
Ability to work across tiers UI development APIs databases (basic developer level tasks)
Ability to utilize DevOps CI/CD pipeline create/configure build and deploy jobs
Experience working in XP and pair programming model and understands and performs TDD
Responsible for assigned task delivery and quality and knowledge transfer
Motivated and energetic engineers who are passionate about software modernization
Must be able to clearly communicate with team members and leadership
Participate in paired programming and XP development
Strong ability to work independently when required
Turn complex ideas into manageable pieces of work
Hands-on Individual contribution
Support team members on troubleshooting

Requirements:

What are the top 3 skills required for this role:
Backend: .Net C# .Net framework RESTful API
Frontend: React
Experience with IVR / Contact Center projects
8-12 years of hands-on Full Stack developer experience needed
Primary: .Net framework C# SQL WEB API RESTful services Web-services 3rd party APIs Postman and React (Frontend)
Secondary: experience with IVR/Contact Center projects
Working knowledge Git or version-control software
Familiar with production Azure DevOps environments
Solid design principles & secure coding practices
Oracle DB SQL tuning indexing & query costs
Utilize Agile methodology to plan and update status using Jira.
Ability to understand the future Architecture and work with the team to provide required technical direction
Able to make progress in a fast-paced environment with little oversight
Strong verbal/written communication & facilitation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to understand complex architectures and comfortable working with multiple teams
Strong work ethic and a team player
Ability to conduct performance analysis capacity management and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems
