PHYSICAL THERAPY AIDE / STRETCH SPECIALIST

StretchLab is seeking motivated professionals to join our growing team across Stamford, Greenwich, and Darien. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with backgrounds or interests in Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Personal Training, Massage Therapy, or other health and wellness fields.

This is not a traditional physical therapy clinic position. Instead, our Stretch Specialists work one-on-one with clients using assisted stretching techniques designed to improve flexibility, mobility, recovery, movement quality, and overall wellness.

Whether you are building a career in healthcare, wellness, fitness, rehabilitation, or human performance, this role provides valuable hands-on experience working directly with clients in a professional wellness environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and flexibility
• Create a positive, professional, and welcoming client experience
• Build strong relationships with members through ongoing sessions
• Maintain client notes and session documentation
• Participate in ongoing education and training

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for health, wellness, movement, or rehabilitation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and coachable attitude
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends
• Desire to learn and grow within a client-focused environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Compensation provided for stretch sessions performed- $24-$28/stretch hour (Based on experience)
• Paid training and StretchLab certification provided
