About the Role
The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Information Security Officer to join their Global Cybersecurity Organization. The successful candidate will be a senior leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide security strategy, governance, and operational resilience within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in safeguarding intellectual property, ensuring compliance with international defense and export regulations, and enhancing the company's global cyber defense posture. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, cyber defense and operations, risk management, and compliance, as well as product, engineering, and OT security. The Deputy CISO will also be involved in leadership and stakeholder engagement, mentoring global cybersecurity leaders, and representing the cybersecurity function with various stakeholders. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an advanced degree, and at least 10 years' of experience in cybersecurity, including leadership roles. Deep expertise in security governance, risk management, incident response, and regulatory compliance is essential, as is experience in securing OT/ICS environments or manufacturing systems. The role requires a strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, CMMC, and relevant regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-assurance industries and relevant security certifications. Key competencies include strategic thinking, strong communication, crisis leadership, and the ability to balance security with operational continuity. The position demands a high level of integrity and a commitment to protecting sensitive data.
