Onsite Job: Material Handler II

Work Location: Phoenix, AZ

Work Schedule: 4/40 (Monday - Thursday)

Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description:


• Ensure uninterrupted production flow by moving materials for production use.
• Perform accurate inventory transactions for materials placed into storage or transferred to production lines.
• Work in a moderate to fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Read and understand work documents and communicate information accurately to coworkers and management.
• Complete required forms, reports, and logs accurately.
• Utilize ERP systems, preferably Oracle, for inventory transactions.
• Perform cycle counting and inventory control activities.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and understanding of production work processes.
• Safely manipulate, handle, inspect, move, pull, lift, and transfer materials weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.


Must Haves:


• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or stockroom environment, technical schooling in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle .
• Experience performing cycle counting and inventory transactions.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and documentation.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs unaided.


Preferred:


• Forklift certification or forklift operating experience.


Education/Experience:


Requires a High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or stockroom environment, technical schooling in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
