Overview
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Acute Care) – Travel, Parkers Prairie, MN. Start date 08/30/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Earn $2,142–$2,243 per week with guaranteed 40 hours. Shift: 5x8 Days. This travel assignment may include one day per week at a nearby location to support regional coverage.

Responsibilities
- Implement OT treatment plans under supervision and provide therapeutic activities to acute care patients
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, gait training, and use of adaptive equipment
- Monitor patient progress, document assessments and progress notes, and communicate with the OT team
- Support safety, infection control, and equipment sanitation; coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
- Perform data collection and assist with re-assessments as part of the therapy plan

Requirements
- Active or eligible Minnesota state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an ACOTE-accredited program
- BLS certification
- Ability to work in an acute care setting; willingness to travel
- 1 year of acute care experience preferred; travel experience a plus
- Eligibility to work in the United States
