We are looking for a Certified Montessori Teacher with a passion for early childhood education. You will lead a mixed-age classroom, implement a Montessori-aligned curriculum, and guide students through individualized learning experiences that support their academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive, Montessori-aligned curriculum.

• Guide children in developing foundational literacy, numeracy, and practical life skills.

• Foster positive social and emotional development in a multi-age classroom.

• Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and engaging Montessori environment.

• Observe, document, and assess each child's progress and developmental milestones.

• Communicate regularly with families to build strong school-home connections.

• Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to ensure best practices and support.

Qualifications

• Montessori Certification (AMS or AMI required).

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).

• Knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards for Childcare Licensing (a plus).

• Experience working in an early childhood or preschool setting.

• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development principles.

• Excellent communication, observation, and classroom management skills.

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
