Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Crete, IL for a Lead Carpenter. The Lead Carpenter will oversee and execute carpentry projects, including framing, finish carpentry, and construction tasks, while ensuring safety and quality standards. They will manage tools, plan and delegate tasks, and inspect projects for proper execution. Collaboration with team members to achieve project timelines and meet client expectations is a key responsibility of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Carpentry, including both framing and finish carpentry Experience and skill in working with Hand Tools and Power Tools Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety practices Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
