How you'll contribute As a vital member of our Medical Surgical, you will: You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. * Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to individual patient needs. * Use your clinical judgment and critical thinking to guide plan-of-care interventions. * Support and enhance patient outcomes across various intensive care units. * Be a proactive leader and innovator in patient care delivery. * Work with advanced technologies and resources that empower exceptional care.
