Machinist

Our client manufactures high-precision carbon-graphic components for the aerospace industry. We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented machinists to join our team, contributing to the production of specialized small parts critical to aerospace performance and safety.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

Occasional overtime available on Fridays

Pay Rate:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

Key Responsibilities:

· Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machines to produce carbon-graphic components

· Manufacture and inspect specialized small parts with tight tolerances

· Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure part accuracy

· Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and detailed work instructions

· Perform in-process quality checks and document inspection results

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

· Conduct routine machine maintenance and notify lead or supervisor of any equipment issues

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a machining or precision manufacturing environment required

· Familiarity with micrometers, calipers , and other precision measuring instruments

· Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, intricate components

· Comfortable working night shifts and available for occasional overtime

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
