What Youll Do

• Drive Sales: Prospect and convert leads into happy, lifelong customers.
• Rapid Response: Respond to phone, email, and online leads within 15 minutes during work hours & have the opportunity to close deals on your off days to ensure no lead goes cold.
• Expert Consulting: Present luxury and major brand appliances using our proven sales process.
• Customer Advocacy: Resolve inquiries and complaints with the "White Glove" standard.
• Pipeline Management: Utilize lead-management software to set appointments and maintain consistent follow-up.

We Need Someone Who Is:

• Experienced: 2+ years in sales or high-end customer service.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in email, CRM databases, and online sales tools.
• Persuasive: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build immediate rapport.
• Self-Motivated: Able to maintain focus and manage time in an unstructured environment.
• Flexible: Available to work store hours, including mandatory weekends.
