Billing Representative II

Managing complex customer and patient accounts, the full-time remote Billing Representative II will maintain accurate billing records, process payments and adjustments, and communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies. Key responsibilities Interact with internal and external customers to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies Process payments, maintain up-to-date billing records, and reprocess insurance denials Collaborate with other departments to address billing and payment issues and prepare monthly and quarterly reports Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required 2-3 years of experience in billing, finance, or collections Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and relevant billing software Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
