SUMMARY OVERVIEW

The Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all training activities at the station, including classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and recurrent training. This role ensures all new hires are properly trained and that training records are accurately maintained and compliant with airline standards and regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct classroom and on-the-job training for all new hires

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date training files, records, and certifications

* Ensure timely completion of all recurrent and refresher training for existing employees

* Keep in communication with airlines in reference to new training standards and compliance with current specifications

* Develop training schedules and coordinate logistics for training sessions

* Generate and submit training reports as requested by Station Management

* Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location

* Support a culture of compliance, safety, and professional development

* Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards

* Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

* 18 years of age or older

* Eligible to work in the United States

* Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record

* Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, operations, or a related field

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping

* Intermediate/Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

* Working knowledge of safety and compliance requirements (OSHA, DOT, FAA)

* Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices

* Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means

* Pass a background check and drug screen

* Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)

* Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
