What You'll Do

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes using Surfcam or Mastercam.
Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to produce parts to customer specifications.
Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine components for each job.
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
Troubleshoot machining issues, adjust programs, and replace worn tooling.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Work with quality control to identify defects and complete necessary repairs or rework.

What You'll Bring

3-5 years of CNC programming, setup, and machining experience.
Experience using Surfcam or Mastercam and working with CAD/CAM software.
Experience in a job shop environment.
Familiarity with HAAS CNC equipment, conventional lathes, and fourth-axis machining.
Ability to interpret blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Strong precision measurement skills and attention to quality.
Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime and scheduling needs.
High school education; additional technical training preferred.
