Choose Your Shift & Master Your Work-Life Balance

We run a two-week rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts. This setup gives you maximum flexibility to enjoy extended blocks of time off outside of work, or pick up extra hours—whichever fits your goals!

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Operate & Monitor: Safely run high-tech manufacturing machinery and production equipment.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality and safety standards.

• Troubleshoot: Learn to identify and report minor equipment adjustments to keep production moving smoothly.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals in a clean, modern environment.
