Qualifications:

• Valid OH ODE Intervention Specialist license for grades K-12
• Special Education teaching experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with diverse student needs in a high school setting
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs for a caseload of up to 24 students

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to high school students’ IEPs
• Monitor student progress and update documentation accordingly
• Work collaboratively with other teachers, therapists, and staff as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Communicate regularly with families to review progress and address concerns
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements
