IT Purchasing Specialist

Corporate Headquarters 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 Uline is looking for an IT Purchasing Specialist to help get the right tools in place to support operations for our teams across North America. Position Responsibilities Purchase IT products and services to support business operations. Create and place purchase orders, expediting deliveries on select products. Send requests for internal approval to key stakeholders. Complete reports and special projects. Maintain knowledge of IT procurement, IT contracts and purchasing processes, workflows and practices. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in purchasing, vendor relations and contract negotiations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel. Oracle and ServiceNow preferred. Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
