Responsibilities- Operate and monitor food production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow established recipes and production schedules to maintain consistency.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
