You will work as part of a collaborative team of physical therapists and support staff who focus on patient-centered outcomes, clear clinical pathways and a supportive practice environment. Typical responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations for patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic and neurologic conditions; developing and implementing individualized treatment plans; and progressing patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and functional training. You will provide patient and family education on injury prevention, home exercise programs and self-management strategies. The caseload may include individuals recovering from sports injuries, joint replacements, spine conditions, work-related injuries and general deconditioning, allowing you to refine and expand your clinical skill set. A typical day involves a steady but manageable schedule of evaluations and follow-up visits, documentation in the clinic's EMR system, and coordination of care with referring providers. Patient volume is structured to support thorough, one-on-one care and appropriate follow-up frequency. Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, with possible early morning or early evening options to accommodate patient needs, offering consistency with opportunities for flexibility.
