Estimator – High-End Residential Construction Location: Brooklyn, NY Employment Type: Full-Time A high-end residential construction firm is seeking an Estimator to join its growing team in Brooklyn. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking to grow within the luxury residential market. Experience with custom homes, high-end interiors, commercial projects, or luxury retail interiors is a plus. Responsibilities Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to understand full project scope Solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor pricing Assist in preparing budgets, estimates, bid packages, and quantity takeoffs Review scopes of work, schedules, logistics plans, and general conditions Help identify project risks, constructability concerns, and cost‑saving alternatives Maintain accurate project documentation and cost tracking information Coordinate with operations and project teams throughout the estimating process Build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Qualifications 1–3+ years of estimating experience within construction Luxury residential experience preferred but not required Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to read construction drawings and break down project scopes Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr CLT Recruiters
