P&C Insurance Team Lead — Hybrid/Remote with Growth Path

Description The position is available in any corporate footprint location. Summary: The Insurance Team Lead will lead group of similar employees from a specific product line within Huntington Insurance. Duties and Responsibilities: Will lead the colleagues in Service Excellence and provide needed training and ensure operational efficiencies within that group. Career path to Section Manager. This position will gradually take on supervisory responsibilities as leadership skills develop under the guidance of Section Manager. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree P&C Insurance License Excellent Verbal and Written skills, including professional grammar and demeanor Effective at multi-tasking Proven track-record of meeting production goals Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
