Requirements: Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred Experience using RF scanners or voice-picking systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and verifying orders Ability to follow written instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic counting and inventory skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cartons and book products throughout the shift Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts Job Duties: Unload incoming cartons and inspect shipments against bills of lading Receive, sort, count, and verify book products for inventory and customer orders Stock books in designated warehouse locations and replenish inventory as needed Pick, verify, and stage customer orders using paper pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-directed systems Pack customer orders using appropriate packaging methods to ensure safe shipment Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy before shipping Complete quality assurance forms and production documentation as required Break down boxes and dispose of packing materials properly Move inventory throughout the warehouse using hand carts and pallet jacks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company procedures Why This Job?
