Leadership Rotation Network Analyst

This will reinforce your knowledge of market fundamentals, equipping you for the dynamic rotations that follow. Additionally, it offers an invaluable opportunity to build strong relationships with your fellow cohort members and integrate into the wider LRN community.Following onboarding, you will rotate through up to three targeted middle and/or back-office teams such as Global Trading Operations, Treasury/Cash and Business Management. Upon successful program completion, you will earn a post-LRN role on one of the participating middle/back-office teams with the aim of alignment between both your career aspirations and DRW’s business needs.This position is not a trading or quant role and does not involve trading strategy or investment decision-making. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
