The Role Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House leadership team, the Polisher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of all service ware. This role is essential to supporting the flow of service by ensuring all plates, glassware, and flatware are polished, stocked, and ready for use.
