APCs will provide coverage at

all three Urgent Care locations

, with scheduling designed to support operational needs across the system. This multi-location model offers variety in practice setting while allowing you to serve communities throughout Carson City, Dayton, and the Carson Valley. See 25-30 patients per day in a well-supported urgent care setting Collaborative team environment with strong clinical support and provider autonomy No RVU requirements, no call responsibilities-focus on quality patient care Compensation & Benefits: Base hourly rate of $65-$78 1.5x pay for weekends and holidays $10,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance, up to $10,000 Annual bonus incentive based on system goals - at 100%, up to 5% of annual salary Retirement plan with employer match Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with bi-weekly "benefit dollar credit" to apply toward selections.
