Overview: Join Xerox as an Onsite Service Technician , where you will provide expert service and technical support to customers in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will troubleshoot and repair equipment using electromechanical skills, deliver service in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and serve as the primary onsite contact for maintenance, equipment availability, and customer satisfaction. This is a night shift position working 12-hour shifts between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM on a bi-weekly rotation of 3 days on/4 days off, then 4 days on/3 days off .
