Work Environment

We promote a flexible schedule, with our telehealth services available from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, allowing for personalized client engagement that meets their unique availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop tailored therapy strategies for each client.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring each session is uniquely tailored to the participant's needs.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and workshops to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research.

Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
- A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technologies.
Preferred Experience
- Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with teletherapy and familiarity with remote counseling tools is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
