IMMEDIATELY HIRING:

Certified Nursing Assistants

MUST HAVE CNA LICENSE

7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am shift.

*Must be available to commit to a minimum of Alternating weekends

* New Graduates are Welcome!

*Duties:

• Ensures quality and safe delivery of resident care. Actively participates in the implementation of direct resident care in accordance with the care plan.
• Completes daily resident assignments efficiently Accountable for resident safety throughout their shift.
• Provides supervision of assigned residents and is accountable for the location of resident throughout the shift.
• Ensures resident’s overall appearance reflects good personal hygiene and appropriate dress.
• Ensures the residents living environment is neat, clean, and well-organized. Ensures optimal nutrition and hydration of the resident by assisting in feeding as per care plan. Accurately documents TPR, I& O, heights/ weights and all important data as directed by unit routine.
• Promptly reports changes in resident status to staff nurse/ nurse manager.
• Communicates resident’s status to staff nurse/ nurse manager when reporting off the unit for breaks and end of the shift.
• Engages residents in age appropriate socialization/ stimulation.
• Collaborates with therapeutic activity staff.
• Escorts residents to clinic appointments as assigned and is responsible for having clinic consult form filled out and returned.
• Accurately identifies resident/ environmental/ personal belongings.
• Reports all broken and malfunctioning equipment immediately to the staff nurse/ nurse manager.
• Maintains a clean, well-organized work environment.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping patient information confidential.
• Serves and protects the facility by adhering to professional standards, facility policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and JACHO

We offer high quality skilled nursing and medical care as well as comprehensive services in physical, occupational and speech therapy. We specialize in sub-acute short-term rehabilitation. Recreational programs are scheduled everyday and special events are designed to meet the interest of each individual. Nutritional services are carefully monitored by our dietitians and special consideration is given to meet each resident's nutritional needs.
