Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Crossville and surrounding counties. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping duties
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Monitor client condition and report any changes to the care team
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass background checks
