VIP Front Desk Concierge & Customer Experience Lead

Camping World is seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greet and welcome them, and set a positive tone for their experience. You will check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team members, while coordinating front desk activities and handling calls. You will also track incoming sales calls in our CRM, maintain a strong work ethic, and assist customers with questions directed to the reception desk. #J-18808-Ljbffr Camping World
