Local Marketing Manager

We're partnering with a growing multi-location organization seeking a Local Marketing Manager to support regional marketing initiatives across an assigned territory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and bringing marketing strategies to life at the local level. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute market-specific campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and support business performance across multiple locations. What You'll Do Execute localized marketing initiatives aligned with regional and company objectives. Develop market-specific plans that drive customer engagement and business growth. Build relationships with community organizations, local partners, and other key stakeholders. Coordinate local events, promotions, and partnership opportunities. Manage regional marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance. Analyze business and market trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations. Partner with operational leaders to support local business priorities. Spend approximately 50% of your time in the field visiting locations throughout your assigned territory. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of field or regional marketing experience supporting multiple locations. Proven experience executing local marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
