Requirements: Skills & Competencies Technical Skill: Licensed PTA with strong command of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and equipment use. Patient Engagement: Encourages and motivates patients through each stage of recovery. Observation Skills: Monitors patient response and communicates changes to the PT. Time Management: Efficiently handles a caseload while maintaining quality of care. Documentation: Accurate and timely treatment note entry.
