RN - House Supervisor

Job Title House Supervisor RN Location Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center, Oregon City, OR 97221 Job Summary A part‑time, 24‑hour per week position performing one night and one day shift. The House Supervisor RN is accountable for the provision of quality nursing services and coordination of the inter‑professional team during a defined shift. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate high‑quality nursing care during scheduled shifts. Collaborate with the inter‑professional team to ensure patient‑focused care. Support and lead nursing staff during the shift. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Oregon Registered Nurse license upon hire. National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire. Minimum one year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience. Schedule Part time, 24 hours per week: one night shift and one day shift. Compensation Base pay range: $59.39 – $93.75 per hour. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
