Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

Join a successful, locally owned agency where relationships matter and sales performance is rewarded. We are seeking a motivated Sales Producer who is driven to grow their income, build lasting customer relationships, and help individuals and families protect what matters most.

Successful candidates often come from insurance sales, automotive sales, mortgage lending, real estate, retail sales leadership, business development, and other consultative sales backgrounds. Insurance license required or the ability to obtain required licensing.

What You'll Do

• Work a high volume of inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• Prospect and follow up daily
• Build relationships, conduct insurance reviews, present solutions, and close sales by phone
• Quote, present, and close new business
• Measurable monthly production goals
• Develop referral relationships and ask for introductions from satisfied customers

Support

You won't be expected to build your pipeline from scratch. Our agency invests heavily in lead generation and provides producers with inbound leads, internet leads, live transfers, marketing campaigns, and existing customer opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000+ first-year earning potential with uncapped commissions and bonuses
• $44,000 base compensation/health stipend
• 90-day new-hire bonus opportunity in addition to earned commissions: $1,000 in Month 1, $750 in Month 2, and $500 in Month 3
