Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience Proficiency with frame machines, measuring systems, and welding equipment Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures I‑CAR certification (preferred, not required—we’ll help you get it!) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills—a great personality goes a long way in our shop!
