DrSnip is seeking a skilled and compassionatePhysician (M.D. or D.O.)to serve as theLead Vasectomy Specialistfor our newest clinic. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on patient care with leadership by helpinglaunch, shape, and growa new clinic using DrSnips proven playbook for success.

In this role, you will provide patient consultations, perform no-needle, no-scalpel vasectomies, and deliver attentive follow-up care. As the physician leader of a patient-focused practice, youll have the chance toshape a new clinic, build lasting community impact, and transform the lives of patients and their families.

Position Highlights

Flexible Scheduling Part-time and full-time positions available (minimum 2-3 days per week), includingon-call support for your patients
100% Outpatient Practice No hospital rounds, allowing forwork-life balance
Specialized Training Hands-on training in DrSnipsadvanced no-needle, no-scalpel vasectomy technique

Clinic Launch Leadership Lead the opening of a new DrSnip clinic and guide its growth with full operational and team support
Dedicated Support Team Work alongside experiencedmedical assistants and office staffto ensure smooth, efficient procedures and ahigh-quality patient experience

What Were Looking For

Medical Degree:M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution
Licensure:Valid Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
Certifications:Current DEA registration with full prescriptive authority
Experience:Prior vasectomy experience ishighly preferred but not required(urology specialization not necessary)
Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills with apatient-first mindset; ability towork efficientlyin a fast-paced, specialized setting
