Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient assignment. The role requires extensive experience in adult outpatient care, including various diagnoses and modalities, with a focus on gait and balance dysfunction.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for adult outpatient patients with diverse conditions such as ortho, Parkinson's, stroke, and MS.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records efficiently to manage patient documentation.
• Maintain compliance with all facility and agency policies, including vaccination and background checks.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active NJ Physical Therapist license and BLS certification.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of outpatient adult inpatient experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC EMR systems.
• Be fully vaccinated, including COVID-19 booster.
• Meet the requirement of at least 9 patient cases per day.
• Be willing to accept first-time traveler assignment if qualified.
