We are looking for an energetic, dynamic service technician or salesperson who is skilled at in-home or retail presentations. In-home sales experience preferred, but is NOT required. HVAC industry experience is NOT required since TCC will be putting you through product training. A highly confident and experienced HVAC technician, who wants to move into sales, will succeed. Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini split, and other HVAC products options with home owners. Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting. Your job is to meet the customer in their home to review air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini splits, and other HVAC products, and close the sale.
