Registered respiratory therapist

Responsibilities of the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) position include:
We offer:
- Evaluating and recommending a treatment plan of care to allow patients to reach maximum performance levels through therapy
- Responsible for documentation of patient's evolution including evaluation reports on patient's progress
- Operate various types of oxygen and other therapeutic gas and mist inhalation equipment
- Establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with the patient, the patient's family, the work team, and all levels of the organization
- Education - Successful completion of an accredited program for Respiratory Care.
- Experience - Two years of experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
- Licensure - Current State of Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist licensure
- Certifications - BLS and ACLS required
