Maintenance Technician Full Time Clear Harbor, Clearwater, FL, US Salary Range: $24.00 To $25.00 Hourly Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician! Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Clearwater and St. Petersburg, FL! Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Clear Harbor / The Shores, our 131-unit multi-family residential communities in Clearwater and St. Pete Please Note: MUST be able to work at both properties, with a 20 minute drive between them, and on-call every other week Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm, with on-call weekend rotation EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license. If you do not have your EPA but possess the right skills and experience, RPS may sponsor and pay for your EPA I and II within your first 75 days on the job Valid Driver's License required Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines Manage service requests and ensure timely completion Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner Assist in property preventative maintenance plan Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes Competitive base hourly pay, full time, 40 hours per week Automatic quarterly (every 3 months) pay increases after initial 90 days of service $40 monthly personal cell phone allowance Annual discretionary bonus Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match of $0.50 for every $1.00 up to 6% Pet insurance Opportunities for student loan repayments and tuition reimbursement Paid sick time, vacation time, and opportunities for career advancement Career advancement due to our continuous growth in Florida and other states across the country About Us As a leading, nationwide, residential property owner, we are committed to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents.
