Exciting Opportunity for Cath Lab RN!

Job Description:


- Shift : Day 4x10-Hour (07:30 - 18:00)
- Call Requirements : On call every other weekend; approximately 2 days a week for weekday on-call.


Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 18 months recent Cath Lab experience.
- Must have 18 months of permanent Cath Lab experience with expertise in circulating and documenting.
- Requirements for Ohio license: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
- Must maintain AHA BLS & ACLS certifications.
- Experience with Epic charting system is a must.


Additional Information:
- ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation; successful scores required.
- Travelers must work at least every other holiday.
- Background checks reviewed; no open cases accepted.
- Nurses and CSTs are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements, while other travelers must be nicotine-free.

Submittal Requirements:
- Standard Qualivis Cover Sheet completed.
- All RTO (Requested Time Off) must be discussed during the interview and included in submission.
- Experience: Minimum of 18 months combined perm experience in specialty required.
- Provide one reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for, from assignments worked in the last 12 months.
- Required certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission.
