EMT or Paramedic (PRN)

Clinic operating hours: Sunday‑Tuesday & Thursday‑Saturday: 12:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M.; Wednesday either 6:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. or 2:00 P.M. – 12:00 A.M. Medcor is seeking an EMT or Paramedic for a PRN (as‑needed) Onsite Health Technician role at our occupational health clinic in Oconomowoc, WI. The position is on an as‑needed basis with no guaranteed hours. Availability for occasional shifts is required. Responsibilities Collaborate with medical and operational leadership at Medcor, local medical providers, client staff, and key contacts within the client’s corporate structure. Deliver patient care, ongoing workers’ compensation case management, Return to Work (RTW) program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring. Work closely with outside medical providers. Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on‑site clinic. Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees. Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols (Medcor Care Protocols). Build and maintain internal team relationships. Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts. Provide pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings. Document care using state‑of‑the‑art EMR and other tools. Case management and medical charting. Qualifications Valid licensure for the EMT or Paramedic position. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong computer and other technology skills (cell phones, texting, fax machines, EMR software). Physical ability to lift a 50 lb emergency response bag. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive and outgoing personality. Willingness to go above and beyond. Passion for people and delivering high‑quality care. Preferred Experience working in a worksite clinic environment. Relevant occupational health experience.
