Audi Little Rock is busier than ever, and we’re looking to hire two more Automotive Service Technicians who want to work in a clean, professional, high-volume shop where their time is respected, their skills are valued, and their pay reflects their performance. Whether you're a general service or line tech or already certified, we’ll meet you where you are. We Offer: $25 - $40 per hour based on experience + bonuses Consistent, year-round workflow with strong customer retention Paid Audi and ASE training + ongoing education Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits 401(k) profit sharing plan Paid time off, holidays, and sick days Uniforms and laundry service Referral program Key Responsibilities: Perform automotive diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and inspections on all vehicle makes and models Conduct brake repairs, engine repairs, transmission work, electrical diagnostics, alignments, and preventive maintenance Follow manufacturer repair procedures and use OEM or approved diagnostic tools Communicate clearly with service advisors about repair needs and timelines Document all work performed using dealership service systems Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and organization Participate in ongoing factory and ASE training programs to enhance technical skills Qualifications: 2+ years of Automotive Repair experience required (Line Technician, Service Technician, Master Technician) Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and/or BMW experience or ASE certifications are a plus, but not required Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-oriented service department Commitment to quality repairs, safety standards, and customer satisfaction Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Family-owned since 1967, Parker Luxury Group has earned numerous awards and accolades that affirm our dedication to quality, customer care, and operational excellence including multipleTIME Dealer Award honors, topCustomer Satisfaction Index (CSI)rankings, several Best of the Best and Platinum Service honors, as well as recognition as one ofArkansas’ Most Admired Companies– achievements made possible by putting people first, every day.
