SOC Operations Lead — Defender XDR & Sentinel Expert

Methods is seeking a SOC Operations Team Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Centre. You will mentor analysts, escalate complex incidents and coordinate response across Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR and Entra ID.

You will drive continuous improvement in detection engineering, automation and SOC processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery with KPI and SLA adherence. Collaboration with customers and internal teams is essential in this role.
