Role Responsibilities Support individuals in our Group Homes with their daily activities, including personal care. Assist clients in achieving personal goals that enable them to live as independently as possible. Collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality care. Shift Availability All shifts available: Full‑time, Part‑time and Light Part‑time – Weekdays & Weekends, Day hours, Evening shifts & Awake/overnights. Requirements Passionate about making a difference. At least 18 years of age. Have flexibility to work varying hours and support other locations. Valid NYS Driver's license and a HS Diploma or GED.
