Marketing Support Manager

Responsibilities Shape and execute go-to-market plans for new business and consumer products. Create visual and persuasive presentations for internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders using PowerPoint and Figma. Translate complex ideas and data into clear, impactful visuals and key messaging. Develop and refine go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, services, and campaigns. Build marketing strategies informed by customer research and segmentation to accelerate product growth. Apply guerrilla and startup‑style marketing techniques where appropriate. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—marketing, sales, product, and design—to execute marketing plans, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion. Support the coordination of launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to GTM initiatives. Prepare post‑launch debriefs and identify opportunities for improvement. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to team discussions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, business strategy, consulting, or a related area. Strong proficiency in executive presentations, storytelling, and visual communication. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive, self‑motivated, and eager to learn. Experience with market research and data analysis. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira. Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels. Expertise in PowerPoint and slide design. Ability to create and maintain marketing campaigns. Experience managing budgets.
