Job Title: Change Management Analyst Job Description

This role is an integral part of the Business Enablement function of the Accelerate program. It will be responsible for contributing to the overall Change Management strategy, supporting the overall Change Management approach including analytics for multiple deployments with different business groups and stakeholders.

• Support the Change Management Team, Accelerate Program team, and deployment groups by collaborating in the identification and documentation of business change impacts, including the degree of impact, the scope of people impacted, and the impacted processes.
• Track all People/Change impact mitigation actions to closure.
• Assist Change Leads in driving and tracking all Business enablement activities to build a cohesive event calendar.
• Lead efforts in inputting and analyzing data from change impacts, stakeholder attributes, and change activities.
• Ensure that Deployment Teams and Accelerate Program members have proper access to Stakeholder and Change Impact information. Provide answers and clarity to drive greater understanding of data and support alignment in the findings.
• Support and help analyze organizational change readiness through surveys or focus groups, considering the timeline of key program activities and Go/No-Go decisions. This is done in coordination with the Deployment Lead, Change Management Team, and Project Managers.
• Support the execution and tracking of the deployment group communication plan in partnership with the overall Accelerate program communication plan to promote end-user and stakeholder buy-in for Accelerate objectives. Coordinate with the Change Leads, Accelerate teammates, and/or Business partners as needed.
• Review and provide input to the Change Management work plan and provide timely and regular status updates.

• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to establish rapport, network, and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence others.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational context and challenges.
• Versatility and ability to adjust priorities quickly and manage multiple stakeholder needs.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of experience in supporting major change initiatives within an organization.
• 3+ years of overall work experience with a demonstrated propensity to take on increasing responsibility and expanded scope.
• Experience and knowledge in business analytics and other reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft BI).
• Experience with prior ERP implementations preferred.

This is a hybrid work environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Portage, MI.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.50/hr.
