Charge RN - Unit Leader & Care Advocate

Northern Arizona Healthcare seeks a Charge RN to lead nursing staff on the unit during shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to ANA standards. This role advocates for patients and staff while coordinating with Clinical Manager/Director.
The Charge RN provides mentorship, collaborates with physicians and care teams, and ensures staffing patterns meet skill-mix and safety requirements. An AZ RN license and BSN pathway are emphasized.
