Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and other ADLs. Support residents with companionship, engagement, and emotional well-being. Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Communicate resident updates and concerns to nursing and leadership staff. Step in where needed to help ensure consistent, high-quality resident care. Support both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. What We're Looking For Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, or related role preferred. Dependable, adaptable, and willing to work in a variety of situations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to help others. Ability to provide excellent resident-centered care. Flexible availability to pick up open shifts as needed.
