Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Prospect, OH
Pay: $52,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Overtime may be required.)
Job Summary
LaborMax Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Prospect, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC programming, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment. This position offers a stable first-shift schedule with opportunities for overtime.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Program and troubleshoot PLC systems.
Operate machining equipment as needed.
Assist with equipment changeovers.
Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble machinery.
Safely operate a forklift.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.
PLC programming experience required.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Electrical maintenance experience is a plus.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
Forklift experience preferred.
Ability to work within tight tolerances.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Compensation
$52,000–$60,000 annually based on experience.
Full-time, first-shift position.
